Terms of Service for Raw Fitness

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services of Raw Fitness, operated by Ryan Wortman, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service Raw Fitness provides personalized fitness training both online and in-person in Las Vegas, Nevada. Services include fitness assessments, customized workout plans, and personal training sessions.

3. User Obligations You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and activities therein.

4. Payment Terms Fees are as stated during the booking process and must be paid in full to secure your training sessions. All fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • All purchases of services from Raw Fitness are final and non-refundable.
  • Clients may reschedule a session if notification is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
  • Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Raw Fitness reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative session time.

6. Health and Safety You confirm that you have consulted a physician before starting any new fitness program. Raw Fitness is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation in our training programs.

7. Limitation of Liability Raw Fitness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property All training materials provided by Raw Fitness are proprietary and for personal use only.

9. Privacy Policy Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.

10. Changes to Terms Raw Fitness may modify these terms. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by Nevada law.
